The avocado does indeed promise success. Eating one puts you on the right track towards success, and it is indeed a favorable food. Can I tell you with absolute certainty that this is an appropriate use of the word auspicious? Did I ask the grammar police if it was okay to write it like this?

- Loaded with antioxidants, avocados can keep you healthy by keeping your immune system strong.
- Cancer prevention, specifically protection from getting prostate cancer.
- The extract of avocados can help with symptoms of arthritis.

How to Tell if an Avocado is Ripe
Color is actually not the best way to determine an avocados ripeness. To truly tell if an avocado is ripe, give the flesh of the fruit a gentle squeeze. It should give in a little bit to moderate pressure. If it does, cut it open and enjoy!

How I Eat My Own Avocados
I recently enjoyed my first avocado (I know I know, it was a long time coming!) and I lOVED it. My wife and I added it to chicken fajita wrap and it was excellent. Here is what we used:
- 2 chicken breasts.
- High fiber wrap.
- Avocado, sliced and diced. (I think I just like saying “sliced and diced.”
- Cheese.
- Sour cream/salsa to top it off.
Make the chicken, heat up the wraps, and then add the toppings. It is a very simple recipe!

Avocado Dip is awesome too! Here’s my super simple recipe: 2 (6oz) avocados, pitted peeled and mashed. 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt. Stir together until smooth and even, and leave one avocado pit in it until ready to serve to keep it from turning brown.
